These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Mostpaly. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing. By creating a Mostpaly account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mostpaly ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on Mostpaly, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Mostpaly. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly — Mostpaly will display the "Last Updated" date at the top whenever changes are made.
Access to Mostpaly is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
Mostpaly reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification completion.
Each individual is permitted to hold one single Mostpaly account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used — are a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update it promptly if any details change. Mostpaly cannot be held responsible for failures in payment processing or communication that result from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mostpaly login credentials. Any activity carried out on your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Mostpaly support immediately at support@mostpaly.click.
You may request closure of your Mostpaly account at any time by contacting support. Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and any applicable pending wagering requirements.
Mostpaly processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by Mostpaly. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
The minimum deposit on Mostpaly is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit stated at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily or transactional limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within three minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Mostpaly does not charge a fee for withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply charges on their end.
Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Mostpaly reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our security systems.
If a Mostpaly account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Mostpaly reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts after giving written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance may be forfeited after 36 months of continuous inactivity.
Mostpaly offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry date. These terms are published alongside the promotion when it is live.
All bonuses on Mostpaly have an expiry period, which will be clearly stated when the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry date will be removed automatically. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of and act on bonus expiry deadlines.
All games available on Mostpaly — including slots, card games, crash games, fishing games, jackpot slots, and PSL betting — operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers. The rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game are published within the game itself and can be reviewed before placing real money bets.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, Mostpaly reserves the right to void the affected bet or round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle. Mostpaly will not be liable for losses resulting from technical errors on the player's device, internet connection failures, or service interruptions outside Mostpaly's direct control.
Once a bet has been confirmed on Mostpaly — whether in a slot, table game, crash game, or sportsbook — it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Please ensure you are satisfied with your stake and selection before confirming any wager.
For PSL and cricket betting markets, all bets stand on matches that are completed to a sufficient level as determined by the official result provider. Abandoned matches or those affected by weather and resulting in a revised format may have their markets voided at Mostpaly's discretion in line with our sportsbook rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mostpaly. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
Mostpaly employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Suspicious patterns are flagged for manual review. If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide information to support the review.
All content on the Mostpaly platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, interface design, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Mostpaly or its licensed game and software providers. Nothing on the platform grants you any ownership or usage rights beyond the personal, non-commercial right to access and use Mostpaly for gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit any Mostpaly content without prior written permission. Screen recording, streaming, or publishing Mostpaly gameplay may be permitted for personal non-commercial purposes subject to the game provider's own terms, but must not be used in any way that misrepresents the platform or its games.
Mostpaly collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to this processing. The data we collect is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Mostpaly platform.
Mostpaly will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with payment processors (for transaction processing), game providers (for gameplay functionality), and regulatory or law enforcement bodies when legally required to do so.

Mostpaly provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the service. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability.
Mostpaly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify registered players via the email address on their account.
Continued use of Mostpaly following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
These Terms shall be governed by the rules and policies of Mostpaly as published on this platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Mostpaly account, a bet outcome, a payment, or any other matter, the following process applies:
Mostpaly's decision following the escalation review is final in respect of game outcome disputes. Payment disputes that remain unresolved after the full Mostpaly process may be referred to the relevant payment provider's dispute resolution mechanism.
